Hallie Jackson

Hallie Jackson is an American political journalist as well as an analyst. She is currently the chief NBC News reporter for the White House and an anchor on newscasts on NBC cable. The native of Pennsylvania, US, she obtained a bachelor's in politics from John Hopkins University. In the beginning, she worked in a few towns in Maryland, Delaware, and Connecticut as a reporter for the television stations WBOC and 'WFSB' (affiliates of 'CBS'), Jackson joined 'Hearst Corporation' in 2014 and was a reporter for all their 26 stations all across the nation from Washington, DC. Following this, she was transferred to NBC News during 2014 after which she worked for a full year in NBC Los Angeles. Her reputation was established as an expert in political reporting due to her outstanding coverage of the presidential election in 2016 as well as various elections campaigns. She is recognized as a hard-working and versatile journalist. Some of her major assignments include the reporting of the presidential campaign of senator Ted Cruz and exclusive interviews with important 'GOP' candidates.
